These terms cover your use of Wlonkworks: Toddler Words Tracker & Keepsake Studio. Last updated October 9, 2026.

Who we are

Wlonkworks: Toddler Words Tracker & Keepsake Studio is operated by Wlonkworks, LLC, a limited liability company based in Arizona, United States. When you create an account or buy a plan you are making an agreement with Wlonkworks, LLC. You can reach us at wlonkwork@gmail.com.

What the service is

Wlonkworks: Toddler Words Tracker & Keepsake Studio lets parents keep a list of a child's first words and the dates they were said, see a timeline of how the list has grown, read a Parent Word Guide about language development, and turn the list into a printed storybook, framed word art and collages that can be shared with family through private links. The service is free for the first 10 words, with paid plans for unlimited words, printable art, storybook PDFs, drawn artwork and extra children.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, or by continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a business or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details private and don't share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date, so we can reach you about your account, receipts or changes.
  • Only you — and the family members you deliberately give a share link to — can see your child's words, photos and clips.

Your words, photos and clips

You keep ownership of everything you type in or upload. You give Wlonkworks, LLC a limited permission to store, process and display that material only so we can provide the service: showing your lists, building your storybook and prints, drawing artwork from your photos, and serving the share links you create. You can delete a word, a photo or your whole account at any time.

Drawn artwork and the Parent Word Guide

The artwork generator and the guide are there to help you celebrate and support your child's talking. Please use them for your own family. Don't use them to create or promote anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or deceptive, to make convincing images of a real person without their permission, or to try to get around the limits of the service.

You are responsible for what you ask the artwork generator to make, for how you use what comes back, and for having the rights to any photo you upload as a reference. Drawn pictures can come out inaccurate or unexpected. The Parent Word Guide is written by an early intervention speech therapist and is general information only — it isn't a therapy, medical or diagnostic assessment, and doesn't replace advice from your child's own care team.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse to produce an output, or suspend an account where needed to keep the service safe and lawful. If you believe artwork or any material in the service infringes your rights, email wlonkwork@gmail.com describing what is involved and where it appears, and we will look into removing or restricting it. Repeated infringement can lead to your access ending.

Don't misuse the service

While using Wlonkworks: Toddler Words Tracker & Keepsake Studio, you agree not to:

  • use the service in a way that breaks the law;
  • commit fraud, or send spam or misleading messages;
  • infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
  • interfere with security — spreading malware, probing or scraping the service, trying to reach another family's data, or defeating the free-plan limits;
  • resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the service, its artwork or your prints;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software behind it.

Who owns what

Wlonkworks, LLC owns the service itself: the software, branding, illustrations, wording, page design and documentation. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your plan is active. Prints and storybooks you make are for your own personal, non-commercial use — gifting one to a grandparent or a friend is welcome.

Service level

We work to keep Wlonkworks: Toddler Words Tracker & Keepsake Studio available and correct, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Features may be added, changed or retired; we'll give notice where a change affects what you've paid for.

Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Suspension and ending your access

We may suspend or end your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, where there is a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious policy violations.

If your access ends, you can still export your words and dates as a spreadsheet and download any prints you have made for 30 days. After that we delete your account content, except where we must keep a record by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and Wlonkworks, LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. These limits don't exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including fraud, death or personal injury.

If something you do causes a claim

If your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms leads to a claim against Wlonkworks, LLC, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from it.

Governing law, disputes and transfers

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
  • Disputes go to the courts of Arizona, except small claims you may bring where you live.
  • You can't transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our consent. We may transfer them in a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
  • We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, natural events or strikes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. For material changes we'll tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Wlonkworks: Toddler Words Tracker & Keepsake Studio after an update means you accept it.
