30-day money-back guarantee
Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date — this covers the monthly plans and the one-time family lifetime plan alike.
How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can request your refund directly with Paddle at paddle.net, or email us at wlonkwork@gmail.com with the email address on the account and the date or amount of the purchase, and we'll pass it to Paddle for you.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
What happens to your account afterwards
Once a refund is processed, the account moves back to the free plan, which keeps up to 10 words. Your words, photos and clips stay in place unless you ask us to delete them. If you'd like everything removed, tell us and we'll delete your account content.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time — you don't need a reason. Cancellations are handled by Paddle, and you won't be billed again. Billing, renewal and cancellation mechanics are described in Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Switching between plans takes effect as shown in your account: an upgrade applies straight away, a change to a cheaper plan applies from your next billing date. Buying the one-time family lifetime plan ends any monthly billing.
If something goes wrong
If a purchase didn't work as described, or you were charged by mistake, email wlonkwork@gmail.com. We'll fix it or refund it — you don't need to wait for the 30-day window to close.
